Shopping. Kmart. Newsagents. Some reading.
A brief visit to Olive Pink Botanic Garden, too... which showed that most of the interesting plants can be readily seen in the surrounding deserts. You just have to look for a few of the enviroments: sand dune, clay pan, salt pan, rocky plains, mulga woodland. There's only a handful of trees and shrubs to be identified, and it's somewhat easy.
And that's about it.
