Inside the War Memorial.  The Hall of Honour is along both sides, under the arches, listing all the Australian war dead.  Underneath is the museum section.

This is very Art Deco architecture, with heavy Islamic influence: the archways, the water in the central feature, the strict geometry including the window/vent grillwork.

The gargoyles along the walls are interesting--they're Australian native animals.  I spotted a cassowary, a wombat, and a few flavors of lizard.
