Looking down Anzac Parade.  The big white building in the middle center is Old Parliament House.  Just beyond, not more than a thin sliver, is Lake Burney Griffin.  On the far side is the wide red gravel strip leading up to the Australian War Memroial at the foot of Mt Ainslie, which is the mountain in the background.  There's a picture looking back later in this gallery.
